Are you a new Nikon ZR user? Wanna know how to grade R3D Raw?
I am happy to announce that, while I adore the entire LUMIX series and experience ( Lord the IBIS is so good ), I have rejoined the black sheep of the tech/ photo world and went back to Nikon. Yes you heard me correct. With the announcement of the ZR and that fantastic BIG OLE LCD, 32 bit float and R3D Raw internal- they didnt really give me a choice. This on the back of my missing my Nikon Z8 terribly of late so I decided to work back toward that camera and picked up a ZR and ZF.
So its been years since I edited any RED footage so it was a bit of a learning curve for me and I won’t lie to you, I am still tweaking my approach but in the meantime here is a link to my latest video walking you through how I edit this footage in Davinci Resolve. If you need a video grading it in Premiere Pro, I can do that as well.. Just let me know..
